Project Description
Small one bedroom apartment in the 17th district near the market street rue de Lévis and the Parc Monceau. This property was restored while preserving the original details from the early 19th century. The renovations included creating a new kitchen and a new bathroom, refinishing the original hardwood floors, installation of new electrical and plumbing systems, as well as painting. The American clients from San Francisco who purchased this jewel wanted a pied-a-terre during their visits to Paris.
