Project Description

Restoration and full renovation of a 13th-century village townhouse and its guest house in Burgundy on the banks of the Loire river.

Scope of Work

  • Demolition of the entire main house and guest house 

  • Creation of staircase 

  • Restoration of roof and beams

  • Restoration of cave and creation of tasting room

  • Creation of living room, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen in main house

  • Creation of living area, bathroom in guest house

  • Creation of electrical and plumbing systems

  • Restoration of the original stone walls

  • Installation of flooring throughout the property 

  • Renovation of the building facade
